What does Sanctum actually DO?

We offer security solutions for 2 customer groups:

Each group contains many different solutions, but here is a high level overview of each.

Commercial:

Inside the Commercial security world live 3 separate types of security:

  • *Intrusion Detection

  • *Surveillance

  • *Access Control

  •  

If you’ve looked into security systems before, you probably know what those mean. But if you’re new to security, no problem! Here’s the jist:

 

Intrusion Detection shouts out that someone broke in.

 

Surveillance captures video footage of whoever broke in.

 

Access Control guards entrances, allowing in ONLY key personnel.

 

As you’ve probably guessed, MOST businesses have a mixture of all three.

 

That’s because most business owners want an alarm on important entrances (inside and out), they want cameras that record the crime (inside and out), and they also want card readers or keypads that control who can even get through a door in the first place.

 

Now, depending on the size of your location, a simple 5-camera surveillance system and some door and window alarms might be fine…

 

Or maybe you have a bigger facility that needs 30 cameras, 15 card readers, several smart motion detectors for the long back hallways, and specialized ground-floor glass break sensors. (Oh, and a traffic counter.)

  • –     A few motion detectors, for those dark nights when no one should be moving around.

  • –     Quality base station that ties the system together

  • * SELF-MONITORING. That means when an alarm is tripped, the system tells YOU, not the cops. Goodbye, false alarm fees!

  • * Can upgrade to include one or two simple video cameras

*  Home security camera system! Good for homeowners who want some more bells and whistles, with the added protection of surveillance. Again, renters can use it too!

  • *  Can upgrade to include some solar powered outdoor cameras!

  • These cameras can see in the dark, and we won’t have to send an electrician out to tear up your walls and attic for the install (yuck)!

 

We also offer some great smart door locks (including deadbolt!), which you can program with different codes/finger prints, unlock remotely, and even set a temporary code for visitors.
